Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RingPro, an AI-powered lead response service for real estate agents, operated by 770 Consulting LLC ("RingPro," "we," "us"). By signing up for a trial or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

RingPro connects to your lead sources and GoHighLevel CRM to provide AI voice ("Melissa") and SMS-based lead response, qualification, and appointment booking.

2. Free Trial & Subscription Plans

New customers receive a 7-day free trial with full platform access and no credit card required to begin. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Elite) are billed monthly via Stripe following the trial period, plus a one-time setup fee, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@ringpro.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup has begun.

4. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS and voice call communications from RingPro related to your account, lead activity, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on our SMS program.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RingPro for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

RingPro integrates with GoHighLevel, Twilio, Vapi, and Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and compliance with those providers' terms where applicable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RingPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead conversion rates, or uninterrupted service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingPro and 770 Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RingPro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
