RingPro ("RingPro," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by 770 Consulting LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices, including with respect to SMS text messaging.

When you sign up for a RingPro trial or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, and business/company details.
We also send SMS messages to publicly-listed business phone numbers of real estate professionals to introduce our service, as described in Section 3 below.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To set up and operate your RingPro account, including connecting your GoHighLevel CRM and lead sources
- To send you service-related SMS and voice call notifications (new leads, appointment reminders, account updates)
- To respond to support requests
- To send periodic messages to prospective business customers about RingPro's services
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
RingPro sends two categories of SMS messages:
- Account notifications — sent to customers who sign up through our website and provide their phone number, related to lead activity, appointments, and account updates.
- Business outreach — sent to publicly-listed business phone numbers of licensed real estate professionals to introduce RingPro's service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following service providers to operate RingPro. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own marketing purposes:
- GoHighLevel — CRM, SMS, and email delivery
- Twilio — SMS delivery infrastructure
- Vapi — AI voice call handling
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
- n8n — workflow automation connecting the above services
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.
7. Children's Privacy
RingPro is intended for business use by licensed professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18.
