FAQ
Does it cost my agency anything?
No. There's no fee to join and nothing to buy. Your clients pay RingPro directly, and only if they keep it after the free 7-day trial.
Does RingPro compete with my agency?
No. We don't run ads or sell leads. We only handle what happens after a lead comes in: the first call, the follow-up and the missed calls. Your ads bring in the lead, and we make sure your client gets to it first.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions from a month's first payments are paid 30 days after that month ends, by bank transfer or PayPal. Example: your client first pays on October 10, so you're paid at the end of November. If the client gets a refund or disputes the charge before then, there's no payout for that client. Upload your W-9 and payout details in your partner dashboard before your first payout.
How do you know a client came from me?
Your referral link carries your partner ID. When your client starts a trial from it, they show up in your partner dashboard as a lead, and when they pay, as a customer with your commission next to it. Payments are matched straight from our payment processor, so you see the same numbers we do. The link remembers them for 60 days, even if they come back later to sign up.
What do my clients need to do to set it up?
Almost nothing. They fill out a 2-minute form and we set up the rest, usually within 48 hours. They add one email address to their lead notifications, and Melissa starts calling.
Which agents is this a good fit for?
Agents who pay for online leads from Facebook, Google, Zillow, Realtor.com or similar, and can't always call back within minutes. That's most agents running ads with you.
